About Me

  

 I am an educator with 12+ years of experience in elementary schools. I have a master's degree in elementary education with a reading specialist specialization from Stephen F. Austin University. 

I am currently working on my doctorate in professional leadership and literacy at the University of  Houston. My qualitative research is focused on mastery learning theory and teacher perceptions of long term skill practice.
